Duplomatic Oledinamica is pleased to announce the acquisition of Tecnologie Industriali S.r.l.

With the recent acquisition of Tecnologie Industriali, Duplomatic aims to further increase its expertise in designing and producing complex systems, in particular for the Oil & Gas and Offshore fields.

In operation since 1986, Tecnologie Industriali is a qualified manufacturer of automation systems for different application sectors, by developing during the years a strong know-how in finding the most suitable technical solutions thanks to the use of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics. 

Tecnologie Industriali acquisition represents a further step for Duplomatic to enhance its product range for highly engineered systems solutions. Its consolidated turnover is now higher than 70 million euro, with over 300 employees in 7 production plants and more than 1000 customers worldwide.
